Enjoy your cup of tea or coffee and later, head out to the Source of the Nile in Jinja for you to embark on white water rafting adventure. This will take you about a half day to explore and experience the magical waters of the mighty River Nile. The River Nile is comprised of numerous waterfalls including the Itanda waterfalls which is famous for thrilling white water rafting adventures and also comes with about 7 rapids.
Jinja Town is set in Eastern Uganda and features as the second largest city. It is found along the shores of the Lake Victoria and provides the best relaxing atmosphere. Drive back to Kampala to spend a night.

Leave Kampala for Murchison Falls National Park after breakfast and checking out of your hotel. This will take you about 6 hours and in Nakasongola, branch off to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. Tracking rhinos in this sanctuary is remarkable the fact that it is more of guided nature walk and you have a chance to strike your eyes with rhinos in the wild. Later, drive to Masindi Hotel in Masindi Town to have lunch and then get to Murchison Falls National Park.

Leave your safari lodge after breakfast ready to start your morning game drive via the Northern circuit of Murchison Falls National Park and this may cover about 3-4 hours. In your comfortable 4×4 drive safari vehicle, expect to see the African bush elephants, lions, leopards, warthogs, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, birds and many more. Retreat from your exciting game drive to have lunch in your lodge and some relaxation.
At 2:00pm, you have a launch trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls. This lets you view hippos, Nile crocodiles, aquatic bird species plus several other wildlife species. A launch/boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to bottom of Murchison Falls can cover 3-4 hours and once you get to Baker’s rock, disembark to hike to the top of the falls or return by boat.

Sum up your stay in Murchison Falls National Park with breakfast and then start your early morning game drive. This is for you to view more wildlife species including the ones you missed to see the previous day. You will come across elephants, buffaloes, leopards, lions, warthogs, Rothschild giraffes, antelopes, birds and many more. Later, drive via Hoima to Kibale Forest National Park about 7 hours. Enjoy the incredible landscape of the country side and lunch will be served to you along the way.

Trekking chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park is of no doubt a memorable primate adventure. Your day begins with an early breakfast in your respective lodge and later, join other trekkers at Kanyanchu visitor center for briefing on the guidelines for chimpanzee tracking rules and regulations. Chimpanzee treks in Kibale Forest National Park may last for you about 2-4 hours which also covers an hour of magical encounter. Kibale Forest National Park is set in Western Uganda and offers refuge to 13 primate species, most of which can be spotted while on a trek to see chimpanzees. Retreat from chimpanzee adventure to have lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon, drive to Bigodi Wetland for you to look out for more primates including the black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, olive baboons, red tailed monkeys as well as bird species like the great blue turacos.

Breakfast early in the morning and later, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda’s second largest national park with an area of about 1978sq.kms. Queen Elizabeth National Park is found in Western Uganda, about 3 hours’ drive from Kibale Forest National Park and 6 hours’ drive from Kampala capital city. You will be served with lunch in the lodge and in the evening, you have a game drive for you to look out for leopards, lions, buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, antelopes, birds and many others.

Leave the lodge after breakfast ready to commence your morning game drive through Kasenyi Plains in the Northern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. On a game drive, you will come across several wildlife species including leopards, lions, warthogs, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes and numerous bird species. A game drive along Kasenyi Plains can last you about 2-4 hours and after, get back to the lodge to have lunch.
At 2:00pm, you will embark on a boat cruise via Kazinga Channel which links Lake George and Lake Edward. On a boat cruise, expect to see hippos, crocodiles, aquatic bird species and many others. Retreat from your watersport to spend the rest of your evening in the lodge.

Have breakfast and later, check out of the lodge ready to embark on 3 hours’ drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Drive via Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for you catch a glimpse at the tree climbing lions, elephants, buffaloes and many other savanna dwellers in the Southern sector of Queen. Proceed to Savanna Resort where you will have lunch before connecting to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Your 9th day will begin with breakfast and briefing on the set guidelines for gorilla trekking. Tracking mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park involves exploring anyone of the following habituated gorilla families- Mubare, Katwe, Rushegura and Habinyanja group in Buhoma area; Mucunguzi, Kutu, Nshongi, Mishaya, Kahungye, Busingye, Rwigi, Bikingi and Bweza-in Rushaga area; Nkuringo, Christmas and Bushaho family in Nkuringo region; Bitukura, Kyaguriro, Mukiza and Oruzogo in Ruhija region; You will spend about 2 to 6 hours searching for mountain gorillas which also includes one hour of magical encounter.

Have breakfast in the morning and later, drive back to Kampala. En-route, make a stopover at Uganda Equator crossing for photo taking and then continue to Kampala/Entebbe to check in at the hotel of your choice.
