  1. 0800 Hours: Samburu National Reserve is a rugged and semi-desert park located in Samburu district in the Rift Valley Province of Kenya. The park neighbors the homes of the Samburu tribe of Kenya, a tribe known for their remote culture, pastoral and nomadic way of life. 1200 Hours: We arrive Intime for lunch at our lodge. After lunch we relax before our afternoon game-drive. 1530 Hours: We enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Samburu

  2. Is renowned for its rare species of animals unique to the park, namely: the longneck gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe and Beisa onyx. 0800 Hours: After breakfast we drive down to the floor of the Great Rift Valley into Lake Nakuru National Park, making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. Lake Nakuru National Park is located about 295 Kilometers from Samburu Game Reserve. 1200 Hours: Arrive at lodge in time for lunch.Relax after lunch and later enjoy a cup of tea/ coffee and hot chocolate. 1530hours: The afternoon is spent on another exciting gamerun in Lake Nakuru National Park. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approximate 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. In addition, the wildlife to be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe,Reedbuck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon, waterbucks, warthogs, impalas,elands and the endangered black rhinos, white rhino.   1. 0800 Hours: This morning we depart the hotel after breakfast and drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. 1300 Hours: Lunch at our Lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive. 1530 Hours:The Mara Game Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses of the world.Large mammals are varied, and easy to see. These two full days in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve will be spared for the search of the big cats of the Maasai Mara and the spectacular view of the famous migration. All of the “Big Five” animals (elephants, lions, leopards,rhinos, and buffalo) can be spotted here. Herds of plains zebras are found throughout the park. Other animals include giraffes, jackals, gnus, warthogs,gazelles, harte beests, hyenas, bat-eared foxes, Topi antelope, hippos and crocodiles in the Mara River. For bird lovers, the Mara birds come in every color and size. More than 400 bird species have already been recorded,including birds of prey.
