Begin your journey by arriving in the morning following an overnight flight and checking into Nairobi Club for the next three nights. Nairobi Club, conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offers all the amenities you need for your stay, including accommodations, cricket facilities, and leisure activities. After settling in, savor a delicious lunch before embarking on an afternoon training session. In the evening, gather for a warm welcome BBQ in front of the pavilion.

Today, engage in Match 1 against Kenya Kongonis on the Nairobi Club pitch, featuring a 40-over game.

Leave the club premises for Match 2 against Gymkhana XI at Nairobi Gymkhana’s International Ground (40 overs).

Start the day with an early breakfast, then check out and depart for a scenic walk to the rim of Mount Longonot, a dormant volcano. The drive takes you out of Nairobi and into the stunning Great Rift Valley, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the valley and Mount Longonot. This perfectly formed volcano stands over 9000ft above sea level. After the walk, head to Lake Nakuru National Park for an afternoon game drive before checking in at either Lake Nakuru Lodge or Lion Hill Lodge for the night. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its spectacular sight – over a million flamingos call it home for most of the year. It’s also an excellent park for spotting elusive leopards and is home to lions, cheetahs, giraffes, buffaloes, and various other wildlife species. The park is equally famous for its abundant birdlife.

Rise before dawn to witness the stunning sunrise over the Rift Valley escarpment and enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive. After checking out, embark on a short trip to Elsemere Conservation Centre on the edge of Lake Naivasha for a delightful lunch. In the late afternoon, depart from Naivasha and return to Nairobi Club for an additional night’s stay.

Check out from Nairobi Club and head to Nairobi Jafferies Sports Club for Match 3 against an NPCA side (40 overs). After the match, make your way to the train station to catch the sleeper train to Mombasa.

Arrive mid-morning at your luxurious beachfront hotel – either Baobab Lodge or Voyager Beach Resort – nestled along the white sandy shores of the palm tree-fringed Indian Ocean. This exquisite location will serve as your base for the next three nights, offering ample opportunities for relaxation.

Take advantage of your beachfront location and explore the local sights, or simply relax on the beautiful beach.

Depart from the hotel for Match 4 against CCA at Coast Gymkhana.

Journey to Mombasa Sports Club for Match 5, known as Kenya’s oldest cricket ground and arguably the most picturesque. The ground boasts an excellent grass wicket and has hosted numerous one-day international games.

Check out and catch an early domestic flight back to Nairobi, granting you a free day to unwind. Options for activities in Nairobi include playing rounds of golf at its excellent courses or visiting attractions like Daphne Sheldrake’s Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Manor, Karen Blixen’s Museum, and various shopping centers.

Bid farewell to Nairobi and embark on a journey to the Fig Tree Camp in the Masai Mara, where you’ll arrive in time for lunch. Your base along the banks of the Talek River will be the backdrop for the next two nights. Each tent offers comfortable accommodations for up to three individuals, complete with fully equipped bathrooms featuring showers, hot and cold running water, and electricity. The verandas of the tents provide stunning river views, with opportunities to spot hippos, elephants, zebras, and more on the opposite bank. After lunch on your arrival day, your first game drive will commence around 4 pm. The Masai Mara is renowned as one of the world’s most famous game reserves, offering the chance to observe lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and a multitude of other wildlife and bird species in its savannah.

Begin another day with an early start to witness the sunrise over the African plains. Following breakfast, relax by the swimming pool, or for the truly adventurous, consider an exhilarating hot air balloon ride over the breathtaking plains.

Embark on your final pre-breakfast game drive before your return journey to Nairobi. Along the way, enjoy a snack lunch in Narok. In the evening, savor dinner at the world-renowned Carnivore Restaurant, which also offers vegetarian options.

Conclude your remarkable tour with Match 6 at Nairobi Club against D.L. WATERS XI (40 overs). The tour will culminate with a farewell dinner at Nairobi Club and a prize-giving ceremony before your departure for the airport.
