Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport, please collect your bags and proceed toward the Arrival Hall.

You will be met and assisted by an English-speaking Representative of Safari Seekers Africa.

You will be then assisted towards your car. Depart on a private road transfer to your hotel.

Arrive and check-in at your hotel.Day free for own activities.

Depart for Half Day City Tour of Cape Town with Table Mountain with your driver cum guide.

Table Mountain (weather permitting)

Table Mountain has become the single most welcoming icon to not only our people, but travellers from all over the world. It is also the country’s most photographed attraction and its famous cable car took millions of people to its top.

Take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain for a panoramic view of the city and coastline.

Half Day City Tour

The fine old buildings of the Cape Town represent a journey through the centuries.

The Castle of Good Hope is the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa.

A short distance from the Castle, across from the Grand Parade, you can see the City Hall, a mock baroque building constructed in 1905. As we follow the city’s main road, Adderley Street, we will see St. George’s Cathedral, the Anglican Diocese of Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

Keep your eyes out for the Company Gardens, a welcome green oasis in the middle of the city. Continue through the historic Malay Quarter, past the South African Museum and other interesting sights.

Towards the end of the morning a visit is made at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. This is South Africa’s most talked about tourist venue with many shops and restaurants. (The driver will then drop you back to the hotel or if you wish to stay at the harbour and explore on your own before returning to your hotel on your own).

Proceed on your full day tour of Cape Point / Cape Peninsula.

The breath-taking views of Clifton and Camps Bay as we head down the Cape Peninsula, passing the pristine soft white sand beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, with the 12 Apostles rising above the chilly blue Atlantic Ocean below.

Take a boat ride to Seal Island from Mariner’s Wharf.

Our tour continues over Chapman’s Peak which offers amazing photo opportunities, and onto the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. A scenic drive along the world famous Chapman’s Peak Drive.

Visit Simon’s Town and the African Penguins at the Boulders Penguin Colony.

Take the funicular named “Flying Dutchman” up to the old Cape Point lighthouse which is the southernmost corner of the Cape peninsula with views of towering stone cliffs, endemic fynbos, breathtaking bays, beaches and rolling green hills and valleys.

Arrive at Knysna. Knysna nestles on the banks of a breathtakingly pretty lagoon, now a protected marine reserve that is home to the extraordinary Knysna seahorse and over 200 species of fish.

A visit to Knysna would be incomplete without a trip to the heads – a striking geological feature made up of a pair of huge, brightly coloured cliffs lying at the mouth of the lagoon. The eastern head houses a lookout with spectacular views of the lagoon, Leisure Isle and Knysna. This is home of the only forest elephant in South Africa.

John Benn Cruise – The western head is a privately owned nature reserve called Featherbed Nature Reserve. Visitors can get to the reserve via this ferry.

Rest of the evening free for own activities at the town. The main street of Knysna, lined with small boutiques and shops, is actually a part of the N2 highway, which passes directly through the center of the town en route to the Eastern Cape and beyond.

Depart on a full day tour Oudtshoorn tour.

Outdshoorn is a town with the sunniest days per year in the whole country, 365 sunshine days, 4 summers and sunny, dry winters await the visitor to the Klein Karoo.

The town is home to the world’s largest Ostrich population with a number of specialized ostrich breeding farms such as the Safari Show Farm.

Drive time from Knysna to Oudtshoorn is +/- 1 Hour

Arrive at Cango Caves.

Cango Caves are the Klein Karoo’s oldest and most popular attraction. Also, one of the world’s natural wonders and the main sections are available for amazing exploratory subterranean walks.

Next attraction is Safari Ostrich Farm. Safari Ostrich Farm is a working ostrich farm in Oudtshoorn, Garden Route, South Africa.  This is the only tractor tour on an ostrich farm in South Africa.  Everything about us is focused on you having a wonderful interactive encounter and learning something new about the world’s largest bird. Safari Ostrich Farm is situated 6km outside of the centre of Oudtshoorn.

Enroute you will visit –

Birds of Eden and Monkeyland

Visit this free flight bird sanctuary located in the Crags and enjoy a self-guided walk around the site. The indigenous forest is sheltered underneath a two-hectare dome (the largest in the world) and is home to over 3,500 birds and 220 different species. As you walk around the boardwalk it will take you to different levels, some dense and some more open and this will enable you to see the birds in a natural habitat.

Tenikwa Wildlife Rehabilitation

Experience conservation wildlife tours from 1 hour to a full day at this sanctuary. Born into captivity, these big cats are non-releasable and so are cared for at this non-profit centre alongside many species of birds and other indigenous creatures. The centre takes in between 250-300 injured animals each year with the ethos of rescue, rehabilitate and release.

Photography tours are available to capture images of the big cats without any up-close interaction with them.

In the evening, explore Beachyhead Drive, also locally known as ‘millionaire’s drive’, offers a scenic drive along the Robberg beach peninsula. Here you’ll find the crème de la crème of luxury homes.

Along the way, you’ll also find many quick footpaths leading down to the beach, where you’re likely to have the beach all to yourself!

In the morning explore one of the best places in Plettenberg Bay to experience the town’s laidback vibes is at Old Nick Village. Although the village might be best known for its beautiful gardens, galleries and artisan shops, it has quite a unique history too. The main building complex dates back to 1880, and once served as a general dealer in the area.

Drive time from Plettenberg Bay to Port Elizabeth is +/- 2.5 Hour.

On arrival at Port Elizabeth, you will be transferred by lodge’s private vehicle to Amakhala Game Reserve.

Drive time from Port Elizabeth to Amakhala is +/- 1 Hour

Arrive and Check-in at the Lodge. Depending on your arrival timings, you can have lunch if time permits and also you can decide on the spot and enjoy game drive.
