Our journey begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi residence, hotel, or the airport. We’ll embark on a scenic drive to Tsavo West National Park, a journey that takes approximately 6 hours. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a short game drive en-route to Kilaguni Serena Lodge, where we’ll check in and savor a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll set out on a thrilling game drive in Tsavo West, known for its magnificent wildlife, including elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and buffalos, as well as diverse plant and bird species. Our day concludes with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay at Kilaguni Serena Lodge.

After an early morning breakfast, we embark on a game drive with a visit to the stunning Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear waters reveal hippos and fish. Keep your eyes peeled for the possibility of spotting crocodiles and monkeys in this beautiful setting. We’ll witness the extraordinary sight of fifty million gallons of pristine water gushing from beneath parched lava rocks at Mzima Springs. Next, we depart Tsavo West for Tsavo East, renowned for its abundant elephant population and the famous man-eating lions. We’ll arrive in Tsavo East with a game drive en-route and proceed to Ashnil Aruba Lodge for lunch and check-in. Later in the afternoon, we’ll embark on another game drive in the park and visit Aruba Dam. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.

Our day starts with an early morning game drive, followed by a return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a midday game drive and another in the afternoon. Tsavo East is famous for its dust-red elephants indulging in wallowing, rolling, and playfully spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of the palm-shaded Galana River. The park’s unique features, including the 300-kilometer-long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, make this adventure truly exceptional. You’ll encounter a variety of wildlife, including predators like lions, and their prey such as zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and hippos, with a visit to Aruba Dam. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.

Following an early morning game drive, we return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we check out with a game drive en-route and leave Tsavo East for Salt Lick Taita Hills Sanctuary, a journey that takes less than 2 hours. Taita Hills Sanctuary is known for its unique bird species, including the Taita Olive Thrush and the Taita White-eye. Upon arrival around lunchtime, we’ll enjoy lunch at Sarova Taita Hills Lodge before transferring to Sarova Saltlick Lodge. In the late afternoon, we’ll embark on a game drive that extends into the evening. Our day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Sarova Saltlick Lodge.

We start the day with an early morning game drive and then return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we depart with a game drive en-route, leaving Taita Hills for Amboseli National Park, a drive that takes less than 3 hours. Upon arrival, we’ll have a short game drive before enjoying lunch at Kilima Safari Camp. The park, set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, provides stunning photographic opportunities, especially with its herds of elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, and more. We’ll embark on an afternoon game drive, exploring the swamp areas and open plains where these magnificent creatures roam. Our day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Kilima Safari Camp.

We start the day early with a morning game drive, followed by breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, we have a full day of game drives ahead of us. Amboseli National Park is renowned for its large herds of elephants and is one of the best places in Africa to witness these majestic creatures up close. The park boasts five distinct habitats, including the dried-up Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, savannas, and woodlands, providing a diverse and exciting wildlife experience. We’ll return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

We embark on an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, we check out and depart Amboseli for Lake Nakuru. As we drive, we’ll pass through the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment. Upon arriving at Lake Nakuru Lodge, we’ll have lunch and check in. In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a game drive around the Pink Lake, known for its flamingos (although their numbers have decreased due to climate change and high water levels). We’ll also have the opportunity to spot the famous white rhino and black rhino that call this park home. Dinner and overnight will be at Sentrim Elementaita.

After an early morning game drive and breakfast, we check out and depart Nakuru for Lake Naivasha, a journey that takes just one hour. Upon arrival, we’ll check in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a game drive with a visit to Hell’s Gate and an optional boat ride to get up close to hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight will be at Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Following an early morning breakfast, we leave Lake Naivasha for the iconic Masai Mara. As we drive, we’ll pass through Narok, a famous Maasai town. Upon arriving in the Masai Mara, we’ll enjoy lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, we’ll set out on a game drive, searching for the Big Five and visiting the Mara River. Dinner and overnight will be at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Our day begins with an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, we have a full day to explore the remarkable Masai Mara. The plains are teeming with wildlife, including wildebeest during migration season (July to September), zebras, impalas, topi, giraffes, Thomson’s gazelles, and more.
