Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, followed by a journey to Murchison Falls National Park, estimated to take approximately 6 hours of driving. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to track white rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a significant conservation effort. After your rhino tracking experience, continue your journey, with lunch provided in Masindi town.

Upon arrival at Murchison Falls National Park, you’ll be transferred to your chosen lodge within or around the park, including options such as Paraa Safari Lodge/Bakers Lodge (luxury), Pakuba Safari Lodge/Heritage Lodge (mid-range), or Fort Murchison/Red Chilli Camp (budget).

Start your day with an early breakfast and embark on a guided game drive, a highlight of your 4-day Murchison Falls adventure. After a hearty breakfast, leave your lodge for a briefing on the rules for chimpanzee tracking in Budongo Forest. At 8:00 am, your chimpanzee trek with a knowledgeable guide begins, taking you on a 2-4-hour journey to encounter these incredible primates. Upon locating the chimpanzees, you’ll have a precious 1-hour face-to-face interaction with them.

After this enchanting experience, return for a relaxed afternoon and lunch. In the evening, you can take a walk in the nearby community, especially Boomu (optional), or simply unwind and share your experiences at Budongo Eco-Lodge.

Savor a leisurely breakfast and then depart from Budongo Forest for your journey back to Kampala/Entebbe via Luweero, with an estimated travel time of about 6 hours.
