Lake Nakuru National Park 3 Days 2 Nights Safari is a thrilling wildlife holiday to Lake Nakuru National Park best known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. The Park has the largest Rhinoceros concentrations and predators like Lion, Cheetah and Leopard in Kenya. Lake Nakuru National Park is Kenya’s most visited Park and is located 160 Kilometers about 2½ hours from Nairobi. The main gate is located 4 km’s from Nakuru town. Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned as a bird sanctuary with over 400 bird species, including huge flocks of flamingoes and many other water birds. It is an excellent park for wildlife spotting and is home to many water-loving animals such as hippos and water bucks. The Park also offers sanctuary to huge numbers of animals including water buck, warthog, impala, buffalo, Rothschild giraffe, eland, endangered black rhino, white rhino and leopard. A large herd of hippos have a territory in the northern part of the lake, making for interesting game viewing.

Bird watching:Enjoy the fabulous water birds and other bird species. The best place to view the birds is from Baboon Cliff, where you get an excellent view over the lake, and the wonderful spectacle of pink flamingoes along its edge Game Drives through the unique vegetation and the biggest euphorbia forest in Africa. Lake Nakuru National Park lso offers sanctuary to huge numbers of native African animals. Wildlife in Nakuru Includes: water bucks, warthogs, impalas, buffalo, Rothschild giraffes, elands, endangered black rhinos, white rhinos and, occasionally, leopards.A large herd of hippos have a territory in the northern part of the lake, making for interesting game viewing.

Today we travel to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley, upon arrival proceed on a game-drive.There are also a number of Rothschild’s giraffe. Among the predators are lionsand leopards, the later being seen much more frequently in recent times. The Park also has large sized python snakes that inhabit the dense woodlands,and can often be seen crossing the roads or dangling from trees.Lunch then relax as you enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Nakuru National Park. An exciting game run is planned for the afternoon. The game in this Park isplentiful and the magnificent bird watching will make a devotee out of even themost reluctant. The Park is a home to stunning flocks oflesser and Greater Flamingos, whichliterally turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch.The bird life here is world renown and over 400 bird’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork.It is also one of the veryfew places in Africa to see the White Rhino and rareRothschild Giraffe. An early morning game drive before breakfast to try to find leopard which are frequently sighted in Lake Nakuru Park. Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned as a bird sanctuary with over 400 birds pecies, including huge flocks of flamingoes and many other water birds.It is an excellent park for wildlife spotting and is hometo many water-loving animals such as hippos and waterbucks. Return to the lodge for breakfast.
